Experience: 1996 – Research assistant, «Mekhanika Nedr» («Subsurface Mechanics») Research Engineering Center. 1999 – Senior research assistant of the oil and gas processing laboratory at Atyrau institute of oil and gas. 2001 – Chief specialist of the Gas Industry department, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2002 – Consultant on oil and gas industry of the Production and Infrastructure Department, Prime Minister Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2003 - Deputy Director of the HSE department, «KazMunayGas» National Company, CJSC. 2004 – Director, Kazakh scientific and research geological exploration oil institute.

Since 2007 - Deputy Director General, Kazakh institute of oil and gas JCS. 2008 - 2009 – Director, Kazakh scientific and research geological exploration oil institute.

Author of over 120 research works on ecology, oil and gas processing technology and transportation, particularly 9 monographs.
